Country Music Monday

Chris Brade, a high energy, dynamic crowd pleasing singer/ songwriter and native of Lee County brings to Country Music Monday his show stopping and appeal Monday, September 7, 2009. Chris received his first guitar at the age of eight. This naturally gifted musician took guitar lessons for a brief period but developed his own unique style of music by listening to great performers on the radio.

Chris started his own band as a teenager providing entertainment at picnics, bars, fairs, and various parties. He began touring the country when he joined the band, "Wild Country" and soon became a favorite at many Texas dance halls. Crowd response to his music is huge.

In the past three years he has released two albums and two singles.

He juggles family, work and music in a time consuming fashion but declares "If I can touch just one person it is all worthwhile."

Don't miss Country Music Monday sponsored by The Rotary Club of Giddings on September 7th. Not only will you hear Chris Brade but also Kaitlyn Knippers, Charlie and Ginger Adair, Jimmy Siegler and Rian and Riley Castillo. Show time is 7:30 p.m. at the Sons of Hermann Hall on Highway 77 south of Giddings.
