Mediterranean Flounder

I enjoy eating fish at least once a week. Therefore, I'm looking for different recipes to try for the weekends. Since I can't shop at Central Market as often as I'd like, I use fish that are accessible in our grocery stores close by. Here is a tasty recipe I made last Friday night.
2 Tbsp. olive oil
4 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
¼ cup finely chopped fresh parsley
¼ cup chopped fresh basil
¼ cup chopped fresh oregano
2 lbs. flounder fillets
salt and lemon pepper to taste
Heat the olive oil in a small pan over low heat. Add garlic cloves and cook for about 10 minutes. Stir in fresh herbs. Season flounder with salt and lemon pepper. Rub half of the garlic mixture onto the top and bottom of the fillets. Bake the flounder in 450-degree oven for 10 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Baste the fish with the remaining garlic mixture after 5 minutes of cooking. Serves 4
