Lexington Man Indicted
On June 23, 2009, the Lee County Grand Jury handed down indictments to seven individuals.
Steven Paul Wilson, 48, of Lexington was indicted for Aggravated Assault Against a Public Servant With a Deadly Weapon - Bodily Injury and for Evading Arrest or Detention With Vehicle.
Mario Rolando Arauz-Lopez, 25, was indicted for a charge of Forgery. Felix Marceau McWilliams, 41, of Toomsuba, Mississippi and Pedro Ronaldo, 20, of Giddings were both indicted for Evading Arrest or Detention With Vehicle.
Having been charged with Sexual Assault - Child Victim,
David Levi Jones, 22, of Bartlett and Glenn Ray Mason, 20, of Thorndale, were indicted.
Richard Charles Smith, 34, of Belton was indicted for Driving While Intoxicated With Child Passenger.
