Extension Offers Classes to Public

On Tuesday, June 23, the Lee County office of Texas AgriLife Extension Service will host the first of a series of Brown Bag Lunches and educational workshops open to the public.

The "Hurricane Preparedness" workshop will cover precautions that farmers and ranchers should consider in the event of an ap- proaching hurricane.

The event will be held in the conference room of the Extension office located at 310 South Grimes in Giddings.

Interested people are invited to bring a lunch and join County Extension Agent Keeton Ehrig for this informative presentation. Please RSVP to (979) 542-2753.
