Lee County Grand Jury Hands Down Indictments
On May 26, 2009, the Lee County Grand Jury met and handed down indictments for 16 individuals.
Jose Juan Aleman, 25, of Thrall was indicted for Evading Arrest or Detention with Vehicle. Alisha Michelle Campbell, 35, of Houston, Erik Watson Liccioni, 37, of La Grange, and Eddie Ray Smith, 44, of Cameron were all indicted on charges of Driving While Intoxicated-Subsequent. Campbell was also indicted for Failure to Stop and Render Assistance.
Kenneth Davis, 22, of Texas City was indicted for Possession of Marijuana, 4 ounces - 5 pounds. Clinton Hayes Grinnell, 29, of Bulverde and Leo Paul Selitto, 44, of Sealy were indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Cocaine, Less Than 1 Gram. Selitto was also indicted on a charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance- Methadone, 1-4 Grams. Brandon Lamont Mathis, 23, of Ledbetter was indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Cocaine, 1 - 4 Grams. Clifton Eugene
Holloway Sheppard, 33, of Giddings was indicted for Possession With Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance-Cocaine, 4-200 Grams, In a Drug Free Zone.
Jordan Armond Mackey, 18, of Giddings was indicted for Harassment by Person in Correctional Facility Against a Public Servant. Jonathan Wade Moore, 18, of Giddings was indicted for Assault on a Public Servant-Bodily Injury. Javier Pedraza, 20 of Giddings indicted for Aggravated Assault With a Deadly Weapon-Bodily Injury.
Ruben Rocha, 43, of Giddings was indicted for Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle.
The Grand Jury also indicted
Phillip Daniel King, 24, of College Station for Sexual Assault of a Child - three Counts.
