Grand Jury Indicts Dozen

On April 14, 2009 the Lee County Grand Jury indicted 12 people on charges ranging from drug possession to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Davon Jason Cloud, 19, of Ledbetter was indicted for possession with intent to sell a controlled substance.

Anthony Gonzales, 25, of Giddings was indicted for burglary of a habitation-repeat felony offender.

Jonathan Wade Moore, 18, is currently in the custody of the Texas Youth Commission. Moore was indicted for harassment by a person in correctional facility against a public servant.

Micah David Alston, 23, of Lexington was charged with possession of a controlled substance-cocaine.

Jared Blake Becker, 17, of Giddings, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Jose Angel Garcia-Delarosa, 31, of Giddings was charged with driving while intoxicated with a child passenger.

London Paris Hogan, 20, of Houston, was charged with Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon—threat.

Warren Bernard Lincecum, 42, of Ledbetter was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possession of a controlled substance-cocaine.

Stefany Alexya Maradiaga, 19, of Giddings, was charged with possession of a controlled substance-cocaine.

Benjamin Daniel Ramos, 17, of Giddings, was charged with possession with intent to sell a controlled substance-cocaine, 4- 200 grams.

Terry Roy Roemer, 51, of Burton, was charged with theft less than $1500 with two prior theft convictions.

Roland Saucedo Zoch, 34, of La Grange, was charged with driving while intoxicated-subsequent.
