City of Lexington Regular Meeting Agenda

The Lexington City Council will meet in Regular Session on Wednesday, April 8, 2009 at 5:30 p.m. at the Woodson Community Center.

Discuss and possible action to approve paying bills for the month of March, 2009

Discuss and possible action on request to lay an underground computer cable in city alley that runs from 3rd Street to 5th Street— Superintendent Holt

Discuss and possible action on paying for sewer installed on Kerry Quinney property or de-annexing his property from the city— Kerry Quinney

Discuss and possible action on request from Casa of Bastrop, Inc. for inclusion in City budget for fiscal year 2008-2009

Discuss and possible action on street closure for Homecoming in May

Discuss and possible action on request from Chamber of Commerce on contribution to help with Homecoming expense

Discuss and possible action to contract out sewer line replacement east of the high school

Discuss and possible action on proposal to provide construction materials testing services

Discuss and possible action to approve election officers for city election
