Police Looking for Suspect in Assault Case
Involving Gun, Knife and Choking
Police are looking for an alleged suspect in a case involving a Lexington couple in which the woman was assaulted three times. On Wednesday, February 24, 2010 at approximately 11 p.m., a 29-yearold woman notified Lexington Police Officer Fred Kelly that she had been assaulted by her 40- year-old boyfriend. Full Story
Update on Tucker Family Home Fire
Bill Tucker reported this week that the State Fire Marshal, who investigated the fire that destroyed their family home on Saturday, February 20, has completed his investigation. Fire Marshal Harry Bower’s report showed that the fire was caused by an electrical short in the air conditioning breaker box. Full Story

On February 25, 2010, the Lee County Grand Jury handed down indictments against 16 individuals.
